Tween Spring Skirt

What do you wear with a brand new re-fashioned sweater? I made a skirt with leftover fabric. I used McCalls pattern 5920.

    What a cute outfit! I love the different 'layers' in the skirt. Is the top piece made of black knit or is it cotton? Does your daughter think it's comfortable?
