- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- optional: you can also add a little dill or parsley but I'm not a fan and prefer it plain
This is really good w/ garden fresh cucumbers (nice of me to say that now that it's November?-just pin it until next summer).
