If you missed the post on teaching kids grattitud, last month I decided that we would start having a morning devotional. As part of that devotional, we would work on a value/month. Last month, I we had our devotional about 65% of the time (beats 0% in October, so I'm declaring in progress). This month, I erased the pot and wrote Kindness. Each morning they will get to report on one random act of kindness that they did the previous day. I'm hoping it will help us look for ways to be kind each day.
The following are from Pinterest, and I couldn't find a source:

I love this and these quotes - I'm doing 143 acts of kindness right now so I really appreciate this post

ReplyDeleteI've been linking to my Kindness board on Pinterest lately. We've really been working on this at our house, in my classroom, and with my girl scout troop. Thanks for sharing and thanks for linking up!
