Who has time to cook yummy nutritious food for your family during December? You do-if you make this. I found it in a churh cookbook (thanks Witt family) and I love it. You can whip it up it up in under 5 minutes and it will bake while your kids are doing their homework.
1 Package Frozen Veggiesdash of pepper
4 T Butter
4 eggs
2 cup milk
2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 cup cheese
Preheat oven to 425. Microwave veggies until tender. Drain. Put butter in bottom of 13X9 inch pan and set in oven until melted. In a separate bowl beat together milk and eggs. Slowly add flour and salt and beat until smooth. Pour batter on top of butter. Sprinkle veggies on top. Top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes
Serve w/ a nice big salad. Only 1/3 of my kids thinks this is disgusting, but I love it and it's quick and easy.
