Bows that I may or may not have invented

Here's a quick tutorial to make some cute bows. I used to make them w/ covered button centers a few years ago, but I thought these were fun.
First, cut out (5) 3 inch squares and a 1 inch wide piece of contrasting fabric.
Fold all the fabric in half. Press.
Fold again into triangles with all the raw edges toward the bottom.
Using a long running stitch, sew the triangles together (I tried using a basting stitch on my machine-but it didn't work.  It needs to be done by hand)
Pull the end of the thread until the triangles pull together to make a flower.
Make little cuts along the fold of your contrasting fabric.  Apply a thin layer of glue on the strip and roll up into a flower.  Attach to the flower.

TADAA!!

I made some to do w/ the wiener dog skirts too.
