I saw these cute pictures over at BHG. I love how the scenes continue through all three frames, but I didn’t really have anywhere to put them. Then I thought they would be great for my December panel pillows (panel pillow tut here). I printed out the reindeer ½ the size of the originals (PDF Here). I think the tree pattern is linked wrong (it’s a Halloween tree), so I just free handed it. I traced the patterns on the paper side of fusible webbing and then ironed in on my fabric.
I just dipped the ball of a pin into white paint to make snow.

Then it was time to start ironing on my shapes.
As a finishing touch, I dipped the end of a pin in gold paint to make the reigns (it didn't really show up in the picture-but trust me it's there).
TADAAA!!

ReplyDeleteI really like reindeer's, they appear to always be "jumping" happily along. Lifts your spirits up. So I really like them on your panel pillows. I also like how all 3 of them continue. Another great job. Thanks for sharing at Sunday's Best.
