There's this peculiarity with sushi that makes it very authentic in both taste and look. I took once a one-day-course at...These look great! <br />I took once a one-day-course at a local sushi"cook". So I have one tip for your next time. Leave space above your rice on the nori. Put only on 2/3 of the nori the rice. And leave the rolls in roomtemperature for about 10 minutes. So the nori can "glue" together. <br />My favourite selfmade sushi comes with roasted chicken and avocado :) I think I have to do some soon :) <br />I like this site here: http://www.sushi-tsu.info/welcome.html From there I got many ideas for sushi.<br />Have a great week!
